Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions shall be the only terms of contract between Eden Aesthetics Distribution Ltd and the customer. No other conditions shall have effect unless agreed in writing.

Goods are subject to stock availability.

Alterations to orders cannot be made once an order has been processed. Any alterations may be deemed as a new order and will be liable for delivery charges if appropriate.

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will only be used for their intended purpose by fully trained, responsible persons. No responsibility will be accepted by Eden Aesthetics Distribution Ltd for damage or injury resulting from accidental misuse. Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis.

Eden Aesthetics Distribution Ltd reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order or application for credit at any time. We also reserve the right to obtain credit information where necessary. No contract is made with you until the goods are dispatched.

2. Prices

All prices advertised are subject to delivery charges and the addition of VAT at the current rate. Eden Aesthetics Distribution Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Conditions of payment

Payment is due no later than 28 days from date of invoice for customers with credit facilities. Eden Aesthetics Distribution Ltd reserves the right to charge interest and administration charges on overdue accounts. Failure to comply with payment terns can result in credit facility being withdrawn for future transactions.

We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, credit or debit card.

Further orders will not be dispatched whilst an overdue balance remains outstanding.

We remain owners of the goods you purchase until payment has been made in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods supplied to you and any money owing in respect of a transaction with you.

4. Delivery

Orders must be placed by 12 noon to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this deadline will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow for deliveries to arrive up to 8pm. Standard delivery is to ground floor reception or stores areas. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Neither Eden Aesthetics nor their nominated carrier will accept claims for consequential losses due to a late delivery.

Eden Aesthetics shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) accident, fire, Act of God, industrial action or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.

After delivery, you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

If you refuse delivery of your goods or are not available to sign for them and as a result the goods returned to us, a delivery charge will still apply (including where you have received free delivery).

Delivery to UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands

Orders with a net value of £500 or over will be sent carriage free. Orders below the net value of £500 are subject to standard delivery charges at the following rate:

  • Small parcels dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a charge of £12.50+VAT
  • Small parcels dispatched by Royal Mail 24 Hour at a charge of £8.00+VAT
  • Small parcels dispatched by Royal Mail 48 Hour at a charge of £6.00+VAT
  • Parcels over 2kg will be dispatched by our carrier service at a charge of £15.00+VAT
  • Please allow 2-3 days for delivery to UK offshore destinations.

Please specify what service you would like when placing your order. As standard, we will use the 24 Hour Service if no request is made.

Urgent deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost via our carrier service to the UK Mainland only. Charges would be made in addition to the standard delivery rate:

  • Next Day Before 10:00am - £20.00 (For parcels up to 10kg)
  • Saturday Before Noon - £47.50 (For parcels up to 10kg)
  • Parcels above 10kg – please ask for a price.

Delivery to Republic of Ireland

Orders will be delivered by our courier service. This service takes approximately 3 working days.

Orders with a nett value of €700 or over will be sent carriage free. Orders below the nett value of €700 are subject to standard delivery charges at the rate of €45.00

Delivery outside of UK and Republic of Ireland

Orders under €2,000 are subject to delivery charges. Please ask for a quote.

ALL ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE THE UK ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT VAT AND CARRIER ADMINISTRATION FEES PAYABLE BY THE RECIPIENT

Delivery Errors

We will assume that all goods delivered are in good condition. If when you open the delivery it has any discrepancies or damages, you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies or damages reported after this time limit will not be rectified.

If the goods do not arrive, please contact us within 5 working days of placing the order.

5. Returns

We aim to handle your returns within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

Ordered in error

If goods have been ordered in error Eden Aesthetics may agree to their return and credit only for the following reasons:-

  • If the goods are unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
  • A request to return the product must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
  • No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation is given. Please enclose your name, address and reason for return with your returned goods.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitably packed so to minimize damage during transit.
  • The customer must arrange for the return carriage. We recommend that the customer returns items through a method which provides proof of delivery. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels in transit to us.
  • If the customer cannot arrange their own return carriage, a collection can be arranged but a charge will apply.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

If goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, Eden Aesthetics may agree to their return and credit only for the following reasons:-

  • A request to return faulty products must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
  • The product has been tested by us and found to be faulty.
  • If a client has a reaction to a product, it may be returned only with a completed customer reaction form within 3 months of purchase from Eden Aesthetics.
  • No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation is given. Please enclose your name, address and reason for return with your returned goods.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitably packed so to minimize damage during transit.
  • The customer must arrange for the return carriage. We recommend that the customer returns items through a method which provides proof of delivery. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels in transit to us. If the product is found to be faulty we will reimburse you for cost of postage.
  • If the customer cannot arrange their own return carriage, a collection can be arranged. A charge for collection will apply if the product is not found to be faulty.

6. Resale of Epionce via the internet

Any Epionce products supplied to the customer are not for resale via the internet. These products are only for resale in the customer’s premises. Eden Aesthetics Distribution Ltd reserves the right to restrict supply if this rule is contravened.

7. Offers & Promotions

On occasion we may notify you of an offer or promotion. These are time limited and cannot be applied retrospectively. No offer or promotion can be used in conjunction with other discounts i.e. quantity or training discount.
